This is a wonderful evening gown from the 60's by Werle.  High end and excellent quality, the gown is strapless and features black lace accented with sequins  in swirl design.  The waist is accented with a black velvet sash that goes all the way around and drapes in a long sash in front.  the skirt is made of beautiful cream colored satin. Great vintage condition!

Measurements: 34" bust; 26" waist; 38" hips; 58" from shoulder to bottom of dress in front.
