Cute blue and white floral cotton dress--perfect for casual outdoor parties.  The dress features white cotton collar, back zipper and belt.  The belt didn't come with the dress, but it does match pretty well, so I thought I would throw it in.   Excellent condition!

Measurements: Bust:  36"; Waist:  28";  Full hips: 40" from shoulder to bottom of dress.
