Perfect dinner dinner date dress by Carnegie.  The dress is sleeveless with round neckline and center seam at the neckline.  The bodice and waist is fitted and the skirt is awesome!  It features see-through netting on the bottom 1/3 of the dress.  Dress is fully lined and closes with a back zipper.
