This fabulous cotton pique dress is a beautiful ice blue, sleeveless with round neck and back zipper.  The waist is fitted and the skirt features hundreds of accordian pleats, with a cream colored band at the hem.  The dress is very heavy and high quality, fully lined, by Anne Fogarty. Excellent condition.

Measurements:  34" bust; 24" waist (no give--otherwise I wouldn't be selling this beauty!); full hips; 39" from shoulder to bottom of dress.
