RETURNS If you would like to return an item, I must be notified via email within 24 hours of confirmed receipt of the item. Returned items must be undamaged and in the same exact condition when returned. Item(s) must be returned within 5 business days after I have been notified of your intent to return. There will be a 10% restocking fee of the cost of the item. Shipping charges are not refunded. The returned item must be insured for the full amount. Until I receive it, you are liable for the cost. I'm sorry, but due to Customs fees, I cannot accept returns on International purchases. LAYAWAYS I offer a 3-month, 3 equal payment layaway payment plan. The first payment is due within 10 days of the order confirmation. There are no returns or refunds on any completed Layaway item. If your Layaway transaction is not completed, you will forfeit the amount paid.
